Dear Pam & Brian,
I just wanted to take the time to write this to say how pleased I am that with your gentle persuasiveness and guidance I have managed to turn my dog, Tess, around from being an ASBO dog to a happy dog. To quote Brian 'I knew there was a good dog in there'. At the very lowest of low points Brian convinced me to join him with Tess on the pack walks they lead. I was somewhat sceptical after having just been told by a behaviourist that I had years of work ahead of me. After about an hour with Pam and one of her miracle collars the change in Tess' behaviour was amazing.
We are now six months on from that point and I have a well-adjusted, well socialised dog who is an absolute joy. Pm and Brian have become firm friends, the sort I hope I will have until we are all old and grey with our dogs tied to our Zimmer frames. Tess mixes well with Pam and Brian's various other dogs (the ones that belong to them and ones that are always visiting). I have used Pam and Brian for dog walks and Tess often goes up to stay with them. I think I can honestly say that I wouldn't trust anyone else other than Pam & Brian to do as good a job of looking after Tess as I do; they have this way of understanding dogs and their people in equal measure and respond to any situation with good humour and calm, but firm direction to dogs and their owners.
